WHO WE ARE

We're one of the largest Macaron Manufacturers in Latvia. We have spent years perfecting unique recipes labeled by foodies as the best.

FLAVORS AND SIZE

Macarons are two meringue shells made with almond flour, eggs and sugar. The flavor comes from the different fillings. Our macarons are special in size (35g) and rich filling. We use only the finest berries, fruits, Belgium chocolate and dairy products to achieve a remarkable result. We can offer rare fillings such as rhubarb, sea buckthorn, cranberry, blackcurrant and others.

OUR BEST CLIENT

We supply freshly baked Macarons, Cakes and Pastries for hotels, shops, cafes, catering companies and others.

STORAGE

Our unique recipe and production technology enable us to store macarons for up to 3 months at -18°C without preservatives.
This technology allows us to deliver macarons freshly far away. After defrosting, the dessert is the best quality, with the same structure.
To defrost, leave the macarons at room temperature for 20-30 minutes and serve them to the customer.
For 5-7 days after defrosting, macarons can be stored in the refrigerator, where they will retain all the qualities of a freshly made pastry.
